Определение:
Осуждение - обвинительный приговор, который был вынесен судом в результате признания виновности подсудимого в преступлении.
Нападение представляет собой физическое нападение в отношении другого человека, включая побои но исключая развратные действия.
Тяжкое телесное повреждение представляет собой травму, при нанесении которой жизнь подвергалась опасности, включая случаи нанесения травм с применением опасных орудий. Случаи, когда орудия использовались только для угрозы, исключаются.
Убийство включает в себя умышленное или неумышленное убийство. Умышленное убийство - предумышленное убийство одного лица другим лицом, включая убийство новорожденных.Неумышленное убийство - непредумышленное убийство одного лица другим лицом. Также включает убийство по неосторожности, но исключает дорожно-транспортное происшествие с потерей человеческой жизни. Различие между умышленным и неумышленным убийством в разных странах различное, так же как и определение покушения на убийство.
Изнасилование - половые сношения без обоюдного согласия.
Разбой - завладение собственностью человека путем применения силы или угрозы применения силы.
Воровство - любое действие относящееся к умышленному или незаконному завладению собственностью, принадлежащей другому лицу (или организации), исключая кражу со взломом.
Преступления связанные с наркотиками - любые нарушения которые включают незаконное посредничество, разведение, доставку (на любых условиях), пересылку, пересылку в транзите, распространение, извлечение, вывоз и ввоз, предложение о продаже, подготовке, приготовлению, покупке, изготовлению, продаже, торговле, перевозке или использованию наркотических веществ.
