Уход за детьми - центры по уходу за детьми, частные или государственные, так же, уход за группой детей в яслях или зарегистрированные няни которые работают у себя на дому и смотрят за 2 или более детьми. Уход за детьми относится к детям в возрасте менее 3 лет; дошкольная подготовка не включена.

Количество зарегистрированных детей в центрах по уходу за детьми: - Количество детей в возрасте менее 3 лет зарегистрированных в центрах по уходу за детьми на 100 детей той же возрастной группы. Данные на начало учебного года.

Наличие мест в центрах по уходу за детьми: - Доля свободных мест для детей в возрасте менее 3 лет в центрах по уходу за детьми на 100 детей. Данные на начало учебного года.

Общее примечание: в зависимости от организации системы образования и ухода за детьми в стране, данные могут относится к группам в возрасте менее 3 лет. Эти отличия и другие отклонения указаны в сносках для стран.
